Boston Desegregation and Busing 50th Anniversary of Morgan vs. Hennigan 1974

Following the NAACP's landmark case Brown v Board of Education, NAACP units across the country worked to ensure its implementation.  In Boston, the NAACP Boston Education Cmt was on the front lines helping to organize and integrate Boston's schools.  This case took the NAACP Boston branch to the federal courthouse.  This year we mark the 70th Anniversary of Brown and the 50th anniversary of Morgan v Hennigan.
